Certificate Issuance Authority

All certificates and registrations are issued exclusively by the following Government authorities:

• MSME/Udyam Registration – Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises
• GST Registration – GST Council / Tax Department
• FSSAI License – Food Safety and Standards Authority of India
• IEC Code – Ministry of Commerce & Industry
• Shop & Establishment License – State Labor Department
• Other Registrations – Respective Government agencies

AILSO has NO involvement in the issuance process beyond providing consultancy support.

External Factors Beyond Our Control

AILSO cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by:

• Government Portal Issues – Server downtime, technical glitches, unavailability
• Policy Changes – Government updates to rules, regulations, or requirements
• Administrative Delays – Backlogs, processing delays by Government departments
• Verification Delays – Time taken by authorities for document verification
• Request for Clarification – Government asking for additional documents or information
• Incomplete Information – Any inaccuracy or incompleteness in details provided by the applicant
• System Unavailability – Maintenance or closure of Government portals

Rejection Scenarios

AILSO shall NOT be liable if your application is rejected due to:

Financial Liability Disclaimer

AILSO's liability (if any) shall be limited to the amount of service charges paid by you, and shall in no event exceed that amount. AILSO shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or inability to obtain any registration.

Your Responsibilities

By using AILSO's services, you agree to:

• Take responsibility for the accuracy of information submitted

However, Government authorities may retain your information as per their retention policies.

User-Provided Information Verification
