AT AILSO: Your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver all consultancy and documentation services with accuracy, professionalism, and complete transparency. In the event that we fail to provide the service from our end after internal verification, users may be eligible for a refund as per the terms below.

Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation Terms

If you choose to cancel a service after submission, please note that we may not be able to cancel the process once work has already begun on your application.

Service Hold Option

If you request us to hold your service temporarily, we will hold your paid fee for up to 1 year from the date of payment. This gives you flexibility to proceed with your registration at any time within this period.

Cancellation Deductions

Before processing any refund request after work has begun, we will make all reasonable efforts to complete the service. If a refund is ultimately processed, the following deductions will be applied:

  • 20% Cancellation Fee – Applied as per policy
  • Earned Consultancy Fee – For services rendered
  • Government or Third-Party Fees – If applicable and already paid

All remaining balance (if any) will be refunded after these deductions.

IMPORTANT: The earlier you cancel, the fewer deductions will apply. Cancellations requested before work begins will have minimal deductions compared to cancellations after work is in progress.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued ONLY in cases where we fail to deliver the service from our end after internal investigation and verification.

Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, users must submit a formal refund request via email to:

Please include in your refund request:

  • Your transaction/reference ID
  • Date of payment
  • Detailed reason for refund request
  • Any supporting documentation

Work Already Completed – Non-Refundable

Refunds CANNOT be granted for work already completed. The time and expertise invested by our professional team is non-returnable. Therefore, the following charges are deducted from any refund:

  • Processing Charges – For initial processing of your application
  • Gateway Charges – Payment processing fees incurred
  • Administrative Fees – For administrative tasks completed
  • Consultancy Time – For professional guidance and support provided

GOVERNMENT FEES: Fees paid to Government departments, statutory bodies, or third-party agencies are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be reclaimed from AILSO under any circumstances, as these are paid directly to Government authorities.

No-Questions-Asked Refund Window

We offer a special NO-QUESTIONS-ASKED REFUND if you request a refund WITHIN 1 HOUR OF PAYMENT:

  • Simply email help@ailso.in within 1 hour of payment
  • State that you wish to cancel and request a refund
  • We will process your full refund without asking any questions

This is applicable only if no work has begun on your application.

Ungovernable Factors

Factors Beyond Our Control

Certain services depend on external authorities such as Government Departments, Portals, Licensing Authorities, and Regulatory Agencies. AILSO shall NOT be held responsible, and refunds cannot be granted for delays or rejections caused by:

  • Government Backlogs – Processing delays on Government portals
  • Technical Errors – Issues on Government portal systems
  • Verification Delays – Time taken by authorities for document verification
  • Policy Changes – Government updates to rules, regulations, or requirements
  • Rejections Based on Submitted Information – If Government rejects due to information discrepancies
  • Request for Additional Documents – When authorities ask for more information
  • System Unavailability – Maintenance or closure of Government portals

⚠️ Force Majeure Events

AILSO will NOT be held responsible for any failure or delay caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:

Unforeseeable Circumstances

  • Natural disasters (flood, fire, earthquake, tsunami, etc.)
  • Epidemics or pandemics
  • War, terrorism, or civil unrest
  • Government action or regulatory changes
  • Labor strikes or disputes
  • Major Internet outages or service disruptions
  • Power failures or infrastructure damage
  • Any act beyond the reasonable control of AILSO

In such cases, we will do our best to resume services, but refunds cannot be granted for delays caused by these events.

Payment Terms

Important Payment Information

  • All payments are consultancy charges only – Not Government fees
  • Government fees may apply – Depending on the specific service requested
  • Non-refundable after registration: Payments become non-refundable once a service number or reference is generated by Government

No-Questions Refund Window

  • Available: Within 1 hour of payment
  • How to claim: Email help@ailso.in only
  • Processing: Full refund without any questions asked

OTP Verification Requirements

  • OTP verification is MANDATORY for Aadhaar, Mobile, and Email verification
  • If OTP is denied: Certificate delivery is not possible and the amount is NON-REFUNDABLE
  • Your responsibility: Ensure you can receive and verify OTPs during the process

PROCESSING TIMELINES: All processing timelines are controlled by the respective Government authorities issuing certificates or licenses. AILSO has no control over Government processing times, and delays do not qualify for refunds.
