Certificate Issuance & Processing
All certificates (MSME/Udyam, GST, FSSAI, IEC, Shop Act, etc.) are issued solely by their respective Government departments after due verification. Processing timelines may vary depending on:
- Government portal availability
- Policy updates and changes
- Verification delays
- Server downtime
- Administrative backlogs
These factors are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.
Payment & Refund Policy
Service Charges
There are no government fees or may be small charges associated with Registration. The app/website does not claim to be an Agency, Representative or Franchise of government for Registration. This app is only a platform providing Consulting Services about various registrations to anyone who visits the app/website.
NO-QUESTIONS-ASKED REFUND: We have a no-questions-asked refund policy. If anyone raises a refund request within 3 hours after payment, simply email help@ailso.in for a refund and we will process the same without asking any questions.
Refund Eligibility Criteria
Refund requests will only be entertained for clients whose Registration/reference Number has NOT been generated. If the reference number is generated and you do not fulfill the refund eligibility criteria, the amount will be non-refundable.
In case your Registration/reference Number is generated and you await the Registration Certificate, we advise you to kindly wait for a few days as the Government will issue your certificate after verifying the details you have provided.
NOTE: For clients identity verification, OTP will be sent for verification of Aadhaar, mobile and email of the applicant. OTP verification is mandatory. If any applicant denies providing OTP, the certificate can't be delivered and the amount will be non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds CANNOT be processed once:
- Work has begun on the application
- Documents have been reviewed
- Your file has been submitted to a Government portal
- Payment gateway charges have been incurred
- Administrative fees have been charged
- Processing time has been invested
- Manpower cost has been spent
- Government fees (if applicable) have been paid
All of the above are non-refundable under all circumstances.
CHARGEBACK WARNING: Chargebacks raised after service delivery or without contacting our support team first will be considered misuse. AILSO reserves the right to provide evidence of service completion to banks, payment gateways or financial institutions.

Our policy is very simple and no personal information is collected about you unless you choose to provide the same to us. We do not sell or transfer any personal information to any third party except for the limited use of:
